Nature’s little wonders: mushrooms!
Hawk Ridge Farm is excited to host their next event, Mushroom Growing at the Farm on March 9th!
The class starts at 11am with our farmer Colin teaching the basics of growing a variety of mushrooms at home, both indoors and outside! Learn about Oyster, Shiitake, Lions Mane and Wine Cap mushrooms. All participants will be able to make their own inoculate shiitake mushroom log and then take with them to grow at home.
