All CSA membership and gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there was an error on our behalf. We ask that you inspect all items in your order thoroughly upon receipt before leaving our farm. You must notify us immediately if there is an issue with your order. If any products are damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please let us know right away and we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement. If you opt for a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
