What is Fire Cider?
Fire cider is a traditional herbal remedy made by infusing apple cider vinegar with immune-supporting ingredients like roots, herbs, citrus, and spices, then finished with raw honey to create an oxymel. Fire cider and oxymel have been traditionally used to help support immunity, soothe sore throats, aid digestion, and provide warming comfort during the colder months.
During this workshop, you’ll:
· Learn the history and traditional uses of fire cider
· Create your own custom blend using farm-grown ingredients
· Take home your own jar of Fire Cider to continue infusing at home
Tickets are $25 per person. Space is limited to keep the experience hands-on. If you’re looking for a cozy, educational winter activity, and a meaningful homemade wellness staple, this workshop is a perfect fit.
